Who would have ever thought you could write about what ever you were thinking about at the time and actually get paid to write it. Well it's true there are many sites out there that offer this type of service. You write down what you are thinking or know and they pay you. It sounds very simple but in actuality requires a lot of dedication. I belong to about 4 sites, but only really write for three of them. Helium This is one of the sites that I write for. Helium is a very slow earning site, with tons of potential. I have very little money at the moment, but I also don't have very many articles. Helium is a site in which many people respond to many different articles. Once you respond to an article you are given a position or a rank among all the other articles. You don't make money off of your position, although it does help to have a better rank. The way you make money is when people view your articles. So obviously the key here is to write often, but to also advertise your articles. The main problem with Helium is their slow pay. You will realize once you start that you will make barely anything. The reason is there are so many writers, that it is hard for someone to view your article. The main thing I can stress here is do not let your self get discouraged. It will be very difficult to reach the minimum payout, I'm not going to lie to you. I have been with the site for a couple months and have come no where near the minimum payout. The reason I stay is one I know that once I make the minimum payout of $25.00, making it a second and third and so on, will be a breeze. The articles that got me the initial $25.00 will continue earning while I continue adding more articles. The second reason I stay there is that even when I am not posting the articles I already have, have the potential to gain. Like I said this is a slow paying site, but shows the potential to be a significant gainer with a lot of work. Another potential opportunity with Helium is in the contests they run. Every week Helium hosts a new contest where you can earn anywhere from $300.00 to $5.00. I still don't know how legit this is, because I have noticed the same people keep winning, despite the fact that there is continually over 500 articles submitted. A plus though if it happens to be a little shady, is that the articles you write there count towards your overall articles. If you would like to try Helium out simply click on the link below. Mylot Mylot is another site that rewards you for some hard work and dedication. On Mylot, there are tens of thousands of people that post and create different topics. These topics are completely random and can be about anything. The way you earn on here is by posting on these topics, or creating your own topic, and getting someone to comment on it. Mylot pays you a little differently than Helium. First of all, you can earn money a lot quicker using Mylot. This obviously being a positive. The second difference is that you only gain when you are active. You don't continually gain money from your discussions just sitting around. This site can also be a little discouraging, but I have a few tactics that will lead to decent earnings. When you are either responding to a discussion, or creating your own, you always need to keep quality, quantity, and relation to the topic in mind. If your response is not of good quality you will not make very much. Also you need to keep quantity in mind. With quantity in mind however you also need to keep the topic in mind. If you follow all of the guidelines of quality, quantity, and relation to the topic, you will certainly earn a decent amount. Associated content This is a site where you are paid for the publication of the things you write. I am very new with this site, but have heard only good things for this site. You can write about anything you want, and be paid just about anything. I have heard of a few people saying that they have made around $20.00 for certain articles, and then around $3.00 for certain articles. However $3.00 is not too bad when you consider you basically write for pennies at the two sites I have listed above. I am planning on actually moving all of my helium articles to this site, but I have to first look into the logistics of this. As of right now I can't highly recommend the site, because I have not had any success yet, but this is because I wrote my first article the same night I added this to my site.
